The results of which showed Br density peaks in both strands, leading to the alternate conformation of several bases. The refinements were performed, with Phenix, with both alternates present. the pseudo-palindrome in the sequence is: 5'-nnACCTTCCnnnnnnnGGAAGGTnnn-3', 3'-nnTGGAAGGnnnnnnnCCTTCCAnnn-5'.
