THE PEPTIDE WAS CHEMICALLY SYNTHESIZED. THE PEPTIDE CORRESPONDS TO THE IRGERA SEQUENCE PRESENT IN THE C-TERMINAL REGION 130-135 OF HISTONE H3 BOUND TO THE MAB 4X11 MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY (IGG1).
