THE RESIDUE GLU HAS MISSING ATOMS HE2 IN ALL STRUCTURES BECAUSE IN DISCOVER, THIS RESIDUE IS MODELLED AS A CHARGED GROUP(WE HAVE COO- AND NOT COOH).
