NUCLEOTIDE A39 WAS REFINED WITH OCCUPANCY OF 0.5 TO ACCOUNT FOR ITS ALTERNATIVELY ORDERED AND DISORDERED CONFORMATION IN ADJACENT MOLECULES WITHIN THE CRYSTAL.
