THE COORDINATES ARE IN THE P, Q, R FRAME IN ANGSTROM UNITS AND CORRESPOND TO ICOSAHEDRAL SYMMETRY AXES. THE ORIGIN IS CHOSEN AT THE CENTER OF THE VIRUS WITH P, Q AND R ALONG MUTUALLY PERPENDICULAR TWO-FOLD AXES OF THE ICOSAHEDRON.
