Structure was determined using only orientational data from residual dipolar couplings. NH dipolar couplings were used as constraints for energy minimization of the resulting structure to alleviate bad contacts/dihedral angles, etc. using a polyalanine model in which alanine has been substituted with glycine or proline at positions where these amino acids appear in the sequence.
