Envelope Glycoprotein E From Tick-Borne Encephalitis Virus. The structure of this protein was used to build the homology model of the dengue virus E glycoprotein ecto domain.
Colicin E3. An Antiparallel Coiled-coil segment of this protein was used to fit the transmembrane region of E Glycoprotein.
