FOR A SIGNIFICANT PORTION OF THE SAMPLE THE TAG AND FUSION PROTEIN WERE NOT CLEAVED DURING THE PURIFICATION. IT APPEARS THAT THE FUSION PROTEIN (I.E. THE FIRST ~93 AMINO ACIDS) IS IN THE CRYSTAL LATTICE, BUT THAT THE SMT3 FUSION PROTEIN IS LARGELY DISORDERED.
