THE WT DATA SET WAS REFINED AND COMPLETED WITH REFMARC5 AND COOT, BUT STATISTICS WERE NOT SUFFICIENT FOR PUBLICATION. HENCE THE G283P MUTANT WAS GENERATED. FIRST TWO DOMAINS (AMINO ACIDS 150-280) OF WT MODEL WERE USED AS A MR MODEL FOR YSCD150-347 G283P. REMAINING DOMAIN WAS MANUALLY BUILD WITH COOT.
